1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Stoic Management (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of stoicmgmt.com. By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Services & Billing

All services, packages, and custom project scopes provided are detailed on our Site or within a separate executed client contract. If you purchase services through our Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update account and payment information (including email address and payment method) so that we can complete your transactions.

Payments are processed securely via third-party processors (Stripe). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service request at our sole discretion.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital, custom, and time-intensive nature of our consulting and production services, all payments, deposits, and retainer fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in a signed individual client contract.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content, logos, designs, text, and graphics on the Site are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to browse the site for personal or internal business inquiries only.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of PA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
